Tim and Judy Rinaman are the founders of Win Win Win Real Estate LLC. They live in the Low Country of South Carolina and manage the company from its offices located there.
Tim Rinaman is our Chief Executive Officer and responsible for property acquisition, sales and renovation. He has over 30 years of business management experience following 7 years active duty in the US Marine Corps. As a civil engineer by education, Tim has extensive project management expertise as well as experience in house renovation.
Judy Rinaman is our Chief Operating Officer and responsible for finance, administration and contract management. She has over 40 years of property management experience. Judy has in-depth understanding of the details associated with all aspects of property development, maintenance and operations. She also has hands-on experience with affordable housing projects.
